New to Frontiers are double ally abilities. Each of the 4 Factions has their own speciality. Star Realms is a fast-paced game of space battles where you use the Ships and Bases you acquire to either generate more Trade, or to generate Combat to attack your opponent and their Bases. They're worth every penny.Star Realms: Frontiers gives you solo, co-op and competitive modes all in one tiny box. It's only a handful, and won't affect the majority of your cards, but I found these two setbacks way too annoying to let it stand.

Plus there's a silver "proof of manufacturing" dot on the bottom of each sleeve, and it covers up some of the flavor text on a few cards. The clear cover on the front is actually slightly opaque, and it makes all the card art looked muddled, as if you were running an HD signal on a standard-def TV.

Like some other users, I also started with Ultra Pro Pro-Matte sleeves. It looks like this when all is said and done.Īlso, you're going to end up with 50 extra sleeves, which can seem like a lot, but they're great to have lying around - and for me they counted out perfectly to sleeve up my Weyland deck for Netrunner :)ĮDIT: Just an extra note. Makes it much easier to get them out, and they fit exactly the same. Pro tip though, put the cards in the deck box so they're standing on their sides, rather than lying on their back, which is to say put them longwise rather than having them face up. The sleeved cards, plus the unsleeved authority cards, fit perfectly in the box. I actually just went through this myself! I ordered two packs of KMC matte black sleeves (a bit pricier than some of the other sleeves, but oh my god do they feel good), and I store the cards in this Ultra Pro box.
